What if I arrive late for the shuttle?

Shuttles depart on schedule. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you miss the van, the Emergency SUV (5 passengers, advance reservation required) may be available as a backup.

How long can I park?

On-site parking is included for up to 6 hours. Extended parking beyond that may incur additional costs. We recommend making an advance reservation to guarantee your spot.

Is there valet service?

No, we do not offer valet parking. You park your own vehicle in a marked reserved spot. Please don't leave valuables visible in your vehicle or the shuttle.
